In this role, you will be deeply embedded in technical execution while providing engineering leadership and team management. You’ll work closely with engineers' day to day—reviewing architecture, guiding implementation, and ensuring quality—while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Data Science teams to build experimentation capabilities that unlock revenue opportunities across pricing, packaging, and user journeys. This is an opportunity to own a key part of the product’s business engine, with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence, experimentation velocity, and real business impact. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of engineers building monetization systems, including paywalls, upsell flows, pricing experiments, and billing integrations Be technically hands-on, participating in design reviews, architecture decisions, and occasional coding when needed Own the development and scalability of A/B testing infrastructure, feature flag systems, and experimentation tooling Ensure data integrity and performance across monetization-related events and services Partner with Product…
