In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
• Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and industry trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
