Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Call Center Receptionist to assist with outreach calls for a short-term project. This is a temporary, remote position ideal for someone with excellent phone communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a warm, customer-oriented attitude.
- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to a curated list of clients/leads
- Introduce and share basic information about our services
- Answer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team
- Log call outcomes and notes accurately in our system
- Follow up with contacts when needed
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center, receptionist, or customer service role
- Clear and professional communication (verbal and written)
- Comfortable using phone systems and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and organized
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Able to commit to the full 3-week project timeline
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in outreach, sales, or scheduling appointments
- Multi-lingual (English + Spanish) is a plus
