Position Overview
As a Registry and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting compliance documentation for new residential construction projects. This role ensures all reporting aligns with applicable local, state, and national standards, as well as ARCXIS internal procedures. You'll play a key role in coordinating data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting client satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Daily phone calls, emails and text messages
- Review field documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and submit compliance reports in a timely, accurate manner
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Log findings and maintain detailed, organized file notes and team logs
- Support Client Services with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate and confirm daily field visits based on geography and workload balance
- Monitor client construction schedules and schedule inspections accordingly
- Assist with other operational duties to ensure smooth team and client interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from the Las Vegas office for in scheduled in office days
- Personal computer with a secondary monitor
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrated accountability and ability to work independently
- Preferred
- Background in residential construction and/or HVAC industry
- Working Conditions
- Hybrid Remote, subject to change
- Regular use of hands, vision, speech, and hearing required

Position Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (with occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed)
