We are rapidly expanding and committed to improving access to quality mental health services across the U.S.Job OverviewAs a Senior Data Analyst & Data Architect, you will play a dual role in leading high-level machine learning initiatives while architecting scalable, secure, and efficient data ecosystems. This is a strategic role ideal for a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable with modeling, analytics, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.We are specifically looking for someone trained in the U.S. or with strong U.S. enterprise experience, and who understands how to build data systems that support global operations.As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to supporting the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. These values will enable you to effectively contribute to important areas of focus and responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Architect end-to-end data platforms, integrating structured and unstructured data across multiple sources and environments (cloud, on-premise, APIs, etc.)Lead development and deployment of machine learning models that directly impact business outcomes (predictive analytics, personalization, risk scoring, NLP, etc.)Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutionsEstablish data governance, security, and compliance best practicesOptimize data storage, processing, and retrieval using technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similarDesign and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time data streams, and ML pipelines.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and data architectureDeep expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one other language (e.g., R, Scala, or Java)Strong hands-on experience with data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)Proven experience in deploying ML models in production environments (MLOps, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD or MS preferred)Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks (HIPAA.) and industry standardsStrong communication and leadership skills; ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to Haves:Experience with data products in healthcare, finance, or consumer applicationsUS work experience or training from a U.S. institution (academic or corporate)Familiarity with LATAM market data infrastructure challenges and compliance landscapeExperience leading data teams in a high-growth, remote-first environment.Why Luna Joy?Mission-Driven Purpose: Be a part of an organization dedicated to improving access to mental health care, empowering individuals, and creating positive, lasting change in our communities.Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: We offer a fully remote work environment that allows you to work from wherever you're most comfortable. We will present a formal offer that includes compensation, benefits, and any additional details about the role. This is also your opportunity to ask any final questions before making your decision.Onboarding & Training: Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about Luna Joy’s systems and workflows, and engaging in any role-specific training.
