- Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Identify trends and patterns in data that can influence strategic business decisions.
- Support management in making data-driven decisions by presenting findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
