About The Position

Opportunity for Primary Care

Make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused, well-supported outpatient care setting serving Medicare and older adults in Oklahoma.     Practice Setting:
  • Outpatient setting with an older adult population (65+)
  • Work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, scribes, and RNs
  • Manageable patient load of 16-18 PPD
    Schedule:
  • No call requirements!
  • Monday - Friday workweek
  • Flexible start, with credentialing completed in just 30 days
    Cases & Procedures:
  • Chronic disease management: diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia
  • Age-related conditions such as mild cognitive impairment, CHF, coronary artery disease history
  • No procedures required-focus on comprehensive primary care
    Travel and Lodging:
  • Travel and lodging accommodations are provided
    What We're Looking For:
  • Board-certified NP in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • DEA certification; active enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid required
  • Must hold active Oklahoma licensure
