Bilingual Customer Service Representative
FOCUS PEOPLE IS SEEKING BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES FOR OUR CLIENT IN THE ATLANTA AREA!
Pay Rate: $18.00 hour
Work Schedule – Must be available to work a schedule during: Monday - Friday 7AM-6:00PM
Training Start Date: August 11, 2025
Training hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm for 3 weeks.
Training 100% On-Site
You may be given the opportunity to work remote, based on attendance and performance.
Minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS upload and 5 MBPS download.
We are seeking bilingual customer service representatives to join our clients team. In this role you will answer inbound calls from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about our services. You will also assist with new account setup, update, etc. The 8 hour schedule for this position rotates 7:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.
- Priority is given to candidates with schedule flexibility.
- Receiving customer telephone calls
- Opening new accounts
- Manage/Close existing accounts.
- Providing Toll Lane information – location and entry/exit points
- Provide route information for Xpress coach bus services.
- Assist customers with planning best route for commute on Xpress coach bus.
- Opening cases for escalated issues
- Resolve problems by listening to the customer’s questions and concerns and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service call center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized, self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under minimal direct supervision
- Ability to prioritize duties quickly and effectively
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Understanding of business urgency
