- Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional IT support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve a variety of software and hardware issues.
- Educate clients on software functionality and best practices to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in support processes.
- Perform follow-up communications with clients to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Keep updated on the latest technology trends and product updates to enhance support efforts.
- Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support software is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
