Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad networks.

  • Develop and test new ad creatives (images, videos, copy) to continuously improve performance.

  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

  • Research and manage keyword strategy for paid search campaigns.

  • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, or other analytics tools to identify trends and actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with design, content, and growth teams to ensure ad creative and landing pages align with brand messaging.

  • Optimize ad spend budgets to maximize ROI and scale high-performing campaigns.

Who You Are

  • 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing.

  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok Ads.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other performance-tracking tools.

  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.

  • Ability to create and test ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and video formats.

  • Strong understanding of funnel optimization and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Experience managing and optimizing six-figure+ ad budgets.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
