Position Summary:
The Individual Gifts Officer plays a key role on a high-performing Fund Development team. We are seeking a relationship-focused, mission-driven, and equity-minded fundraising professional who embodies GLIDE’s mission and values. This person is expected to develop a strong understanding of GLIDE’s priorities, actively participate in the organization’s culture of inclusivity and collaboration, and maintain meaningful relationships inside and outside the organization.
Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, this position works collaboratively to strengthen and diversify the Individual Gifts revenue stream. The Individual Gifts Officer is responsible for managing individuals making or capable of making gifts in the $2,500 to $9,999 giving range and specializing in personalized engagement strategies, donor-centric relationship building, and long-term stewardship. They will also support the pipeline for major gifts by identifying and nurturing donors with the capacity to increase their giving over time.
