Director of Merchandising and Planning
Buck Mason is looking for a full-time in-house Director of Merchandising and Planning excited to drive the success of our brand by overseeing the entire product lifecycle process. We are interested in candidates obsessed with creating and implementing merchandising strategies that align with our brand's vision and business goals, ensuring the right products are available at the right time. Product and brand obsession is a must. The ideal candidate has a high taste for the American classics, is naturally analytical, and has a proven track record of driving growth in both retail and e-commerce businesses.

Here at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. While the base salary range for this role is $175,000-250,000 per year, your total compensation package may include commissions, bonuses and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.
