ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS AVP, SALES JOB?

As the new AVP, Sales, you will spearhead our sales strategy, driving growth and expanding market presence within the credit union sector. On a daily basis, you'll analyze market trends to identify opportunities and develop innovative sales plans that align with our organizational goals. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll create compelling presentations and proposals for potential partners.

Your role will include mentoring and coaching the sales team, setting performance metrics, and ensuring they meet or exceed targets. Regularly interacting with key stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships that foster collaboration and growth. You will also utilize CRM tools to track sales progress, report on metrics, and refine strategies that align with our forward-thinking culture.
