About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Strategic Account Managers with a strong background in technology consulting, sales, and account management to drive deep, long-term partnerships with our most critical clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, owning the relationship end-to-end while orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver value and growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategic account relationships and act as the trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
- Drive account planning, growth strategy, and execution for assigned accounts with a focus on long-term success and value creation.
- Lead complex technology consulting sales engagements, from discovery through solutioning to closure, in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain multi-level relationships within the client organization to uncover new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Align internal teams (delivery, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure consistent value delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, client business priorities, and emerging technologies to proactively offer relevant solutions and services.
- Deliver quarterly and annual account performance reviews, forecasting, and strategic updates to internal leadership.
- Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in account management, technology consulting sales, or a similar role, focused on strategic enterprise accounts.
- Proven experience in consultative selling, navigating complex sales cycles, and managing enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in growing account revenue, expanding relationships, and ensuring client retention.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year
