- What you'll own
- Serve as a collaborating physician for NPs and PAs across disciplines, entering into a formal collaborative agreement.
- Hold a monthly group video meeting with relevant NP/PA collaborators.
- Do monthly chart review, per state requirements, typically 10%.
- Provide oversight and consultation regarding clinical matters.
- Maintain flexible fractional hours, owning your own schedule. Typically 1 hour/month per collaboration.
- What you should bring
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with active licensure in New York .
- Experience in serving as a collaborator for NPs, PAs, or RNs.
- Board-certification, when applicable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to uphold ethical standards and best practices in clinical care.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
