- *Job Description:**
- We are a fast-growing wireless retail company with over 90 stores across the United States, and we're looking to hire a dedicated recruiter/interviewer to help us scale. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct video interviews with applicants applying for **Sales Representative** and **Store Manager** roles and screen them based on fit, availability, communication skills, and attitude.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct video interviews with job applicants (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms)
- Assess candidates’ communication skills, professionalism, and cultural fit
- Evaluate experience and schedule availability
- Submit notes and hiring recommendations after each interview
- Coordinate second-round interviews only for qualified candidates
- Collaborate with our internal team for final decisions
- *Ideal Candidate Should Have:**
- Prior experience with recruitment or conducting interviews
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A good eye for identifying strong candidates
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones (especially EST/CST/PST)
- Experience recruiting for retail or customer service roles is a plus
- *Scope of Work:**
- Ongoing part-time work
- Expect 10–25 candidate interviews per week initially
- Flexible hours, but timely communication is a must
- If first two weeks go well, we can discuss long term plan.
- *Our Hiring Focus:**
- Sales Reps & Store Managers for Metro by T-Mobile and other wireless retail brands
- Must be available to work full-time in retail settings
