The Role:
Masentó is partnering with an industry-leading automotive client embarking on a significant digital transformation. We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a global SAP template implementation. You will be instrumental in coaching agile methodologies, guiding 1-2 teams towards self-organization, and facilitating the cultural change associated with agile transformation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for one to two agile teams working on a global SAP template.
- Coach and mentor teams in agile methods and principles.
- Support the client's agile transformation journey and cultural shift.
- Foster self-organizing teams and promote continuous improvement.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven ability to support and coach agile teams.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Fluent in German (essential)
