Dental Implant Sales Representative
We’re looking for the best implant setters in the world to join our team. Our mission is to help more patients say yes to life-changing treatment and help our dentists close more arches—because we are the best at what we do.
If you’re great on the phone, confident in your ability to persuade and sell an implant consult (knowing it’s the right solution for the patient—even if they don’t realize it yet), and have experience working in a dental office, we invite you to become a top-performing setter on our team.
- Required:
- Previous phone experience and dental experience - specifically with implant or full-arch patients - is required.
- We believe in sales, but we also believe in the product. Unless you truly understand and have seen how life-changing this treatment is for the right patient, nothing else matters. It’s what gives conviction over the phone when speaking to our patients, which ultimately leads to higher conversion.
- Spanish speaking is preferable, but we value talent and attitude over everything!
- Expectations:
- We expect 200–300+ calls and 24+ conversations daily to meet strict conversion KPIs
- An overall show rate above 70% across all accounts is required—driven by your ability to build real connection over the phone and secure a $25 hold for each consult.

- The ability to be persuasive and to speak well over the phone is crucial. This means having an exceptional phone voice and a natural talent for connecting, gaining trust, and winning others over - ultimately, strangers & patients needing help on the phone.
- Extremely coachable and wants to be part of a team.
- Similar to point #2, but extreme responsibility and ownership over your work. This means taking full ownership of wins, losses, mistakes, and the effort you put into this position.
As you're assigned a specific set of accounts and the leads within them, we support your performance and coach you to be your best. As you improve, you’ll be given more leads and assigned ownership over more practices. We work with you to succeed in this position.
