Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified candidates for a full-time Behavior Interventionist Teacher position in partnership with a school district in Bennettsville, SC. This position is for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year, running from July 28, 2025 through May 28, 2026.
About the Role:
The Behavior Interventionist Teacher will work with students requiring behavioral support, implementing positive behavior strategies, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with staff and families to promote student success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting student growth and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Key Details:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- School-based setting
- Contract dates: July 28, 2025 – May 28, 2026
- Caseload and grade level to be determined based on district needs
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- South Carolina teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with students who have behavioral or emotional needs is highly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
