Marketing Research Project Manager
- *Overview:** Humana's Corporate Marketing organization is seeking a Marketing Research Project Manager to join the Market Research team as a Senior Market Research Professional working remotely anywhere in the US. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the business teams understand and hear the voice of the customer and other key stakeholders. **Responsibilities:**
- Determine key business questions to be answered
- Scope the right research audience
- Secure research sample (if not using a panel)
- Select the appropriate vendor from our approved set of research partners
- Partner with the vendor to identify the best research methodology
- Gain approvals and alignment on research instruments, including legal and compliance
- Project manage the vendor through the research
- Present insights to all stakeholders
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Market Research, Data Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or Business
- 5+ years of marketing research experience in both qualitative and quantitative projects
- Experience with and understanding of a variety of research methodologies
- Strong project management skills and ability to proactively address obstacles
- Ability to take data and turn it into a compelling story through insight, data visualization, etc. * Strong presentation skills and experience communicating complex and functional strategies to senior management
