    Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and streamline procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Support the procure-to-pay procurement process by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations by identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively while working from home.

    Qualifications
  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Have proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in user experience and procure-to-pay procurement is a plus.
