Representative, Customer Service - Skilled
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a long-term contract position focuses on ensuring exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, problem resolution, and adherence to consumer laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of sales processes, customer service best practices, and organizational procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales-related communications, including promotions, installations, and order follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies to educate customers about products, services, and organizational initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and surveys to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with consumer laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, claims, and resolutions.
- Assist in training and guiding team members on customer service protocols and procedures.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Flex and NIS to streamline customer service operations and communications.
- Support planning processes by contributing to the development of customer-focused strategies.
- Ensure positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, promotions, and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Flex and NIS is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and apply consumer laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Proven decision-making skills and the ability to work within established procedures.
- Experience with analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvement plans.
