Partner Support
- Description:
- Support the RepairPal function of our business
- Engage with consumers, shops, and business partners to provide timely solutions
- Maintain consistent communication with partners, consumers, and other interested parties
- Manage partner initiative rollouts to our network of Certified shops
- Provide training and materials to shops and internal customer success organization
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to stakeholders regarding training and support efforts
- Help project-manage training efforts across multiple partners with varying deadlines
- Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- Strong strategic planning and implementation abilities
- Experience with webinars and screen-sharing technology
- High level of professionalism and business maturity
- Outgoing personality paired with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple projects under high-pressure conditions
- Strong sense of ethics, confidence, and commitment
- Natural curiosity with a desire to understand how things work
- Background in and knowledge of the auto repair industry, particularly with independent shops and dealerships
