Sales Trainer, Payments
- Description:
- Develop and deliver training programs for payments sales representatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing for material alignment.
- Provide coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
- Develop assessments and track training effectiveness with metrics.
- Lead certification programs for sales reps to sell payment solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales training, preferably in payments, SaaS, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant services, payment gateways, and card processing.
- Proven ability to drive training adoption and performance improvement.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience using LMS platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and sales enablement technologies.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Experience as a quota-carrying sales rep in a payments or fintech company (preferred).
- Instructional design experience or relevant certification (e.g., CPTD, Train the Trainer) (preferred).
- Salesforce, Salesloft, and telephony tools (preferred).
