- The Salesforce Solutions Engineer is central to every Delegate client engagement
- Act as a trusted technology partner by working closely with clients
- Lead sprint planning and backlog management in collaboration with client stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery by collaborating with clients to gather requirements
- Collaborate closely with Delivery and Technical Leads to share updates, resolve challenges
- Requirements:
- Demonstrate a strong service-oriented mindset with a focus on client success
- Bring a strong sense of ownership and initiative with experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Salesforce solutions
