- We believe in rewarding action. Our compensation structure is designed to give top-tier rewards to the reps who prove they can close deals. We don't require any upfront fees—we invest in talent by offering a clear path to a lucrative partnership.
- Starting Commission: Begin immediately earning a competitive 25% commission on the first 12 months of every sale you close.
- Unlock the Elite Tier: After securing your first $500 in new monthly recurring revenue (MRR), you are permanently promoted to our Elite Sales Tier. This is an achievable, one-time goal designed to reward your initial success.
- Elite Tier Rewards: Once promoted, you unlock our top compensation plan for all future sales:
- ✅ A massive 50% commission on the first 12 months of every new account.
- ✅ 10% lifetime trailing commissions on all of your accounts, for as long as they remain a customer and you remain an active rep.
This structure is simple: the more you sell, the more you earn. There are no caps on your income.
Pay: $500.00 - $10,000.00+ per month (1099 Contractor, Commission-Based)

What You'll Do:
- As an independent Sales Specialist, you are the CEO of your own sales pipeline. Your core responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research childcare centers, preschools, and early learning facilities in your territory.
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and occasional in-person visits to introduce ChildWatch and identify needs.
- Conduct Demos: Schedule and run online demonstrations of the software, showcasing how it solves the specific pain points of each director.
- Close Sales: Guide interested prospects through the sign-up process.
- Log Your Activity: Use our simple online portal to log your contacts and leads, ensuring you get credit for every sale.
