- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an automotive dealership or BDC.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours
