Required Qualifications
FULLY LICENSED THERAPISTS ONLY
Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted full license in one of the following:
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
OTR (Occupational Therapist Registered)
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
Provisional, temporary, or supervised licenses are NOT eligible
Bilingual English/Spanish therapists strongly encouraged to apply
Experience serving Hispanic/Latino communities highly valued
Job Summary
Join our virtual therapy practice providing specialized cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to clients dealing with pain management and stress following accidents. Help bridge the mental health gap in Spanish-speaking communities through culturally responsive care. This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual therapy sessions using secure video platforms
Deliver cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy
Focus on pain management and stress recovery following accidents
Complete therapy sessions (45 minutes each client) and 15-minute documentation within allocated time
Maintain professional standards in a virtual environment
Provide culturally competent care to diverse client populations
Position Details
Work Environment:
100% virtual/remote work
No travel required
Must have a private space for client sessions
Professional fluency in reading, writing, comprehension, and documentation of clinical information
Access to secure technology platform available
Schedule & Compensation:
This position does not require full-time commitment (You can maintain your current job and work part-time/PRN)
Work as needed as an independent contractor
Competitive hourly compensation: $45-75/hour based on experience
Each billable hour = 45 minutes client session + 15 minutes documentation
Flexible scheduling available
Client referral opportunities provided by the company - no marketing required
Independent Contractor Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet
Private workspace with professional setup
Computer with webcam and microphone (mandatory)
Quiet environment for confidential sessions
Professional video conferencing software (Zoom Pro or equivalent)
Contractors are responsible for software costs (approximately $150/month), taxes, insurance, and benefits
