Bilingual (Spanish-English) Cold Caller for Local Digital Marketing Agency – Part-Time, Flexible
We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Northern Virginia, and we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) cold caller to help us connect with local small businesses — especially Hispanic-owned — and introduce them to our affordable SEO, Google Business Profile, and website design services.
This role is perfect for someone who is:
Friendly, confident, and comfortable making phone calls.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Passionate about helping small businesses grow.
Looking for a flexible, part-time role (with potential for long-term work).
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to small business owners from a provided list (mostly in Virginia).
Speak confidently about the services we offer (we’ll provide training and scripts).
Close calls and hand off new clients to the design team for onboarding and project execution
Record call notes and track outcomes in our CRM (training provided).
What We Offer
$5-$10/hour to start, with $75 bonus opportunity for every closed client.
Training and scripts provided.
Flexible working hours (as long as calls are made during business hours).
