Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a full-time opportunity in Seattle, Washington for the 2025–2026 school year.

- Typical Job Duties:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with varying levels of hearing loss
- Modify curriculum and create accessible materials in collaboration with general educators
- Monitor student progress and update IEP goals accordingly
- Foster communication skills using ASL, speech reading, or auditory-verbal techniques
- Work with audiologists, interpreters, and families to coordinate services
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or related field
- Valid Washington state teaching certification with DHH endorsement
- Knowledge of ASL and auditory/oral communication strategies
- Must meet all state and federal requirements for school-based educators
