Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a full-time opportunity in Seattle, Washington for the 2025–2026 school year.

    Typical Job Duties:
  • Deliver specialized instruction to students with varying levels of hearing loss
  • Modify curriculum and create accessible materials in collaboration with general educators
  • Monitor student progress and update IEP goals accordingly
  • Foster communication skills using ASL, speech reading, or auditory-verbal techniques
  • Work with audiologists, interpreters, and families to coordinate services
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or related field
  • Valid Washington state teaching certification with DHH endorsement
  • Knowledge of ASL and auditory/oral communication strategies
  • Must meet all state and federal requirements for school-based educators
