Campus Coordinator
Job Summary:
As a Campus Launcher, you will serve as the face on your campus, helping grow our student user base and brand presence. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity (15–20 hours/week) ideal for students interested in gaining real-world experience in marketing, sales, event planning, and community outreach. You will connect with students and local businesses, plan creative events, and contribute to internal strategic projects.
- Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local brand ambassador on and off campus.
- Devote 15–20 hours per week to student engagement and marketing events.
- Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus promotional events to boost awareness
- Build partnerships with local businesses by conducting weekly in-person visits and introducing them .
- Collaborate with student groups and campus organizations to expand visibility.
- Support merchant outreach efforts in coordination with Sales and Strategy teams.
- Work on special projects with various teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Merchant Partnerships).
- Actively gather student feedback and report on engagement results to improve outreach strategies.
- Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at a university located within or near the target campus (within 20-mile radius).
- Must be able to commute locally to visit stores and run in-person campaigns.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, advertising, or event planning is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently.
- Strong organizational and tech skills (comfortable using tools like Slack and Google Calendar).
- Creative mindset and ability to execute fun, effective campaigns on campus.
- Must be resourceful and willing to take initiative to complete tasks with minimal oversight.
