Full Circle Home Care, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Phone Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Remote Phone Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing assistance and support to our clients and their caregivers. You will work remotely, providing telephonic support to clients and their families, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and assistance.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls from clients and caregivers, providing support and assistance as needed
- Listening to clients' needs and concerns, and offering appropriate solutions and resources
- Utilizing care plans and client information to provide informed guidance and support
- Coordinating with other members of the care team to ensure all client needs are met
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients and caregivers
- Conducting follow-up calls to check on clients' well-being and satisfaction with services
- Providing education and information to clients and caregivers on our services and resources available
- Ensuring all HIPAA guidelines and regulations are followed while communicating with clients and caregivers
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with technology and ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and regulations
