  • The candidate is a highly skilled Advertising & Media Marketing Expert to lead and execute the marketing advertising strategies across various media channels in our MCN platform, with a strong focus on social media marketing.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital advertising, media planning, and campaign optimization.
  • The candidate has widely knowledge and relationship in the market/industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our social media marketing platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific marketing goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and platform updates to effectively position our product.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms for the client, including traditional media (TV, radio, print) and digital channels (social media, search, display, programmatic, influencer marketing, etc.).
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Conduct audience research and leverage data analytics to optimize campaign performance and meet the client requirements.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising best practices.
  • Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, advertising, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in media planning, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Expertise in social media advertising, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
