Enterprise Sales Representative - Drayage Solutions

    Description:
  • Identify and pursue new enterprise clients, generate leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, upsell, cross-sell, and expand account value.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored, high-value solutions as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, adjusting for market trends.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals while managing client expectations.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and act as the customer’s voice.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports, and analyze performance for growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, resolve issues, and proactively engage for continued success.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and share best practices with the team.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of logistics sales experience
