ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-DATA ENTRY
Loving Touch Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hybrid Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth virtual operations, managing calendars, maintaining digital records, and providing outstanding remote customer service. This position requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Responsibilities
- Manage digital calendars, schedule virtual appointments, and coordinate online meetings
- Perform accurate and timely data entry using cloud-based tools
- Respond to phone calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent remote communication etiquette
- Assist in preparing documents, forms, and reports as needed
- Maintain organized digital filing systems via Google Drive and other platforms
- Collaborate with team members through virtual tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, etc.) to ensure efficient workflow
- Utilize Google Docs, Sheets, and other tools to support daily operations and streamline processes
- Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role; medical office or telehealth experience is a plus
- Strong computer literacy with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a remote work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Typing accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
