    Skills
  • 3-6 years of experience in estimating or pre-construction in a fast-paced environment
  • General contractor or subcontractor experience (hotel construction or tenant improvement experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in estimating and project management software, plus Microsoft 365 skills
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complex processes accurately and thrive under pressure
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
    Responsibilities
  • Develop competitive budgets and estimates (ranging from (1M-)5M)
  • Contribute to bid calendars and nurture strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with the pre-construction team to gather vendor and subcontractor proposals
  • Ensure proposals meet target gross margins and maintain profitability during the buyout phase
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel brand standards and ADA compliance requirements
  • Conduct on-site and digital takeoffs and maintain accurate records
  • Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and kick-off events
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Confidence in managing budgets, estimates, and project transitions
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and subcontractors
    Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
