Frontend Developer
We’re seeking a Front-end UI Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join the development team of our client, a global financial institution that builds high-performance, real-time web platforms. This fully remote role focuses on delivering dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain modular, event-driven UI components using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
- Integrate real-time data via Websockets, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to bring product ideas to life.
- Optimize web performance and write reliable unit tests with Jest or Vitest.
- Use modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and manage application state with libraries like Redux or Zustand.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3–4 years of experience in frontend/UI development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with CSS3 and CSS-in-JS solutions.
- Familiarity with Websockets and real-time UIs.
- Unit testing (Jest or Vitest), performance optimization.
- Experience with Webpack or Vite, and state management tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Vue, Svelte, or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of OpenFin/HereCore.
- Code splitting, lazy loading.
- Cypress or Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- AMPS or similar streaming data platforms.
