Senior Talent Partner (Tech and Product) 6 month FTC

We're TheyDo, a fully remote B2B SaaS organization. We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring for technical and product roles, creating a seamless candidate experience. The role requires a deep understanding of tech, strong sourcing skills, and an analytical mindset.

Requirements

  • An experienced Engineering & Product recruiter with a deep understanding of tech.
  • A track record hiring for Engineering and Product roles ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Strong sourcing skills, you know how to find & engage exceptional candidates.
  • Analytical mindset, you’re comfortable with both data and gut feel, and know when to use each.
  • Clear, confident communicator with great attention to detail.
