Director, Network Solution Consulting
As a Director, Network Solution Consulting, you will lead a team of Solution Consultants in developing and designing networks for the next generation of data acquisition, transmission, orchestration, and management. You will drive the Technical Solutions & Services (TSS) strategy and develop plans to develop skills and competencies required to meet evolving client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications or Electronics Engineering or closely related field
- Five (5) plus years of experience in design and implementation of automation networking solutions for Information Technology / Operational Technology environments
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience successfully recruiting, developing, and managing Technical Associates who serve in the front line of customer engagements
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience planning and executing strategic plans driving revenue utilizing Technical Staff Resources
- Certifications: BICSI RCDD, NTS, CSCP or OSP; CTS or CTS-D, Light Brigade, or Fluke CCTT
- Experience uncovering challenges in highly complex or dense network environments; Evidence of coaching teams in the Discovery, Design and / or Deployment of highly complex infrastructure systems supporting Data Centers, IBW, DAS, Security and other supporting systems in Commercial or Industrial environments
- Sales and service experience within international, matrixed organization in automation or communications industry
- OT/IT experience, including IIOT, Automation, and Control ICS
- Applications insights within Automation Segments (Discrete, Automotive, Process and / or Substation Automation) or Enterprise Segments (Healthcare, Hospitality, Data Centers or Campus / Higher Education
