Roadside Assistance Technician / Tow Driver
Roadside Assistance Technician / Tow Driver is a job that provides variety and independence, with opportunities to help others, solve problems, and provide great customer service. As a part of the Emergency Roadside Assistance team, you will operate a service truck or tow truck to assist AAA members and other motorists, utilizing GPS and maps to locate breakdown locations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure 100% member satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid state driver's license with minimal driving infractions / incidents
- Experience using tablets or electronic devices to update calls, review policies and procedures, document safety records and complete other applicable duties
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to effectively communicate to customers / members and understand the need for meeting & exceeding customer expectations

- Overtime earning potential at time and a half the hourly wage
- Shift premiums: 5% for hours worked between 5pm and 11pm and 10% for hours worked between 11pm and 5am
