Sr AI/ML Engineer - (Colombia/Remote)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5-7 years of professional experience as an AI engineer or in a similar role
- Proficient in modern machine learning and AI techniques, including neural networks
- Experience with deep learning toolkits including torch, tensorflow, Jax
- Experience and proven track record in model architecture design, model training end to end from concept to deployment
- Experience with standing up and maintaining data pipelines generally and in the context of IoT / sensor networks specifically
- Familiarity with digital signal processing techniques (previous radar data experience a plus)
- Proficient in Python and/or C++ for model development/implementation
- Familiarity with quantization of models and deploying on the edge
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle complex technical challenges
- Positive, team player with strong people skills and excellent communication
