CSM - Client Success Manager (Support Role) for Coaching Business

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success/Support professional with a strong background in the coaching industry and expertise in client success management.

TODO's:
- Chat with clients to support them on questions
- Help, assist and motivate clients
- Hold clients accountable
- Attend weekly team meetings on time
- Find problems & challenges clients have and address them
Salary is 2,5k USD/mo (8.5h days, 5d a week, weekends always off)
Your role will also involve collaborating with our coaching team to enhance customer experience. If you have a passion for helping clients succeed and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
