Inseego is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning. The Senior Manager, Demand Planning, is a critical member of the operations team, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. They are responsible for overseeing and optimizing forecasting and planning processes, ensuring our global supply chain operates efficiently and effectively. They will strategically manage demand planning, production forecasting and inventory levels, maintaining best-in-class customer service and financial efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. They will need to excel at building strong relationships across the organization, as the role works closely with sales, sales operations, finance, product, engineering, and external partners. The role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication skills.

    Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply and demand planning processes for operational performance excellence.
  • Monitor sales trends, market conditions and customer forecasts to identify supply chain risk mitigation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain factory production and sales demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels and stock availability.
  • Monitor and analyze customer forecasting and ordering behavior to ensure accuracy of the demand forecast and alignment to supply planning strategies.
  • Develop KPI reporting and analytics to provide insights into demand planning performance.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end strategies that improve inventory turns ratios while supporting strong customer service levels.
  • Enhance excess and obsolescence risk mitigation strategies, reporting visibility and recommendations as an integral part of the inventory reserves process.
  • Support cross-functional alignment of operational NPI processes to de-risk and accelerate product launch schedules.
  • Proactive identification of risk and problem solving, while maintaining clear, concise and frequent communication across stakeholders.
    Required Qualifications:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
  • Requires proven experience developing and implementing supply and demand planning strategies with measurable impact on performance metrics.
  • Experience in developing and tracking supply chain KPIs and using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Must have experience working with CM/ODM in Asia to produce electronics
  • Solid understanding of statistical forecasting methods, inventory modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Requires advanced experience with Excel (i.e. Modeling, Pivot Tables, Formulas).

Salary Range: $132,427 - $159,286
