- The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health practitioner responsible for overseeing the FCT Program, ensuring service quality, supervising practitioners, maintaining program fidelity, and collaborating with community partners. FCT is a home-based, evidence-based treatment model focusing on family dynamics and emotional interactions.Time/Schedule Requirements
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40+ hours weekly. Hybrid work is optional after 120 days.
- Hours may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, with on-call responsibilities. Education/Certification Requirements
- Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMPH) or license-eligible in Nebraska
- Master’s Degree in clinical counseling
- At least two years of experience with children and families
- Knowledge of FCT model and evidence-based practices preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and a team player
- Empathetic and able to build rapport
- Background check clearance required
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and human development Additional Details
