$75 - $150/Billable Hour - Experienced/Confident/Capable Oregon-Licensed and Oregon Based Litigator
Senior Oregon Litigation Attorney (Contract/Remote)
Commercial & Corporate Disputes | Integrated Remote Practice | Tech-Enabled Firm Culture
About the Opportunity:

This role is ideal for an experienced litigator who thrives in a collaborative, remote-forward setting, willing to get in and roll up your sleeves and get to work, who wants to focus on high-value legal work without the grind of traditional firm life.
You’ll step into active, often complex commercial and corporate litigation matters, working directly with middle-market business clients (typically $5M–$50M in revenue). Strategic Work: Handle meaty, intellectually engaging disputes—our clients expect more than boilerplate.
Remote-First Culture: Work from anywhere in Oregon with a highly responsive, remote-savvy team.
Paralegal + Admin Support: We equip you with strong international and domestic support talent—so you can focus on lawyering.
AI-Enhanced Practice: Get trained and supported in using cutting-edge legal AI tools, from advanced research platforms to brief automation.
Collegial Environment: Collaborate with a team of national law school grads and ex–BigLaw lawyers who are thoughtful, strategic, and humble.
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed and located in Oregon (required)
Team player willing to enthusiastically embrace the firm's five core values: Integrity, Excellence, Ownership, Coachability, Teamwork
7+ years of litigation experience, including first- or second-chair work in state and/or federal court
Deep familiarity with Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure and local court practices
Strong written advocacy and client communication skills
Confident, self-directed, and comfortable with remote workflows and case management
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in efficient, tech-forward legal service delivery
Deftly experienced at (a) delegating to and supervising junior legal professionals; and (b) collaborating with peers and more senior colleagues.
How You’ll Engage:
Role is part-time, project-based, and 1099
Flexible workload depending on capacity and fit (can evolve over time)
Matter-specific collaboration with our internal team, including attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff
Use of firm platforms (ClickUp, Advanced Legal AI tools, ZoomChat, Scrum, etc.) with training provided
