PPC Consultant (Google Ads + ServiceTitan/Marketing Pro) – Home Services Industry
We’re looking for a senior-level PPC consultant who lives and breathes Google Ads, especially in the home service space (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). You’ll be helping us audit, improve, and optimize a high-spend account (several thousand per day) with full attribution through ServiceTitan and Marketing Pro.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Jump into an active Google Ads account in the HVAC/plumbing/electrical vertical
2. Evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and walk us through what to fix or improve
3. Screen share with us, talk us through strategy, and answer questions in real time
4. Help us understand how to tighten up attribution inside ServiceTitan and Marketing Pro
5. Occasionally go into the account and implement changes directly
Who We’re Looking For:
1. Proven Google Ads expert in the home services industry
2. Experience working inside accounts spending thousands per day
3. Deep knowledge of ServiceTitan and Marketing Pro integration and attribution
4. Comfortable hopping on Zoom to consult, screen share, and explain what you're doing
5. Strategic but hands-on when needed
Bonus:
1. You've helped other HVAC/plumbing/electrical companies scale profitably through paid search
2. You’ve worked in high-urgency lead gen environments
This is not a “set it and forget it” type of gig. We’re hands-on, want to understand what’s going on, and need someone who can collaborate closely until we see strong improvements.
