What You’ll Do:

The Call Center Agent serves customers by answering inquiries, determining requirements, fulfilling requests, selling parts and routing telephone calls. The agent manages large amounts of inbound calls and interacts with a high volume of customers daily to process orders and provide overall customer satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities:
  • Answers customer calls; internal and external
  • Efficiently provides customers with products and service information to high standards
  • Determines requirements by working with customers and identifying needs
  • Handles customer’s inquiries regarding all matters pertaining to transaction and sales history
  • Sells additional parts and services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell
  • Explains new features or information to customers
  • Manages and resolves customer complaints
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Fulfills customer requests
  • Completes transactions and process orders
  • Routes calls to appropriate resource if needed
  • Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Completes call logs
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • 2-3 years or more with heavy duty commercial truck parts expected
  • OEM dealer experienced preferred
  • Knowledge of commercial truck supplies, equipment and mechanical parts highly desired
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Experience in call center or customer service environment preferred
  • Data Entry and strong typing skills preferred
  • Clerical, word processing and/or office skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Language proficiency in Spanish to effectively communicate with customers is beneficial
    Compensation:
  • Hourly $22.00 - $33.00 depending on skills and experience
  • Full Time position
