Sys Admin (Workfront Configuration Consultant)
6 months + possibility of extension - contract
2 days/week on-site in Sunnyvale, CA - rest remote
- Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Adobe Fusion, Certifications will help!
- Any of the other Adobe certs below are a strong bonus!
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional
- Adobe Workfront Project Manager Professional
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert (preferred)
- Adobe Workfront for Experience Manager Enhanced Connector Expert
- Attend discovery sessions for implementations and enhancements
- Provide end-to-end configuration of all objects for large systems changes and optimizations in alignment with the approved architectural design
- Support end user requests and updates; monitor and action on help queue tickets, email and Slack communications. Conduct support shifts where applicable.
- Conduct ongoing systems audits and operational updates to configuration (e.g. user access, template updates, report updates, etc.), collaborating with the Lead Sys Admin as needed
- Support updates to design documentation and configuration workbooks as they relate to configuration optimization
- Provide system configuration recommendations and Advise on custom form streamlining
- Support user acceptance testing and training; work with the Lead Sys Admin to create test scripts; update any bugs found during testing
- Support training, office hours, or other end-user support and education functions as needed
