About the Opportunity

Our client is a mission-driven start-up that connects consumers with high-quality legal and professional services through magazine print and digital advertising campaigns. They’re growing fast and need Account Executives who can jump in and close deals — no hand-holding, no training wheels.

This is not an entry-level role. SDRs are already qualifying leads — now we need closers to work the pipeline, manage warm outbound, and own the sales cycle.

    What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work qualified leads from SDRs.
  • Execute outbound follow-ups via cold/warm calls and email.
  • Present marketing solutions to law firms and professionals.
  • Own the pipeline, drive the close, and deliver results.
  • Use your sales muscle — this is a role for professionals who already know how to sell.
    What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of high-performing inside sales experience.
  • Proven closer — you’ve exceeded quotas and crushed goals consistently.
  • Confident and comfortable with 100+ calls per day.
  • Experience in advertising, media sales, or legal services preferred.
  • Fluent in CRM platforms like Salesforce (or similar).
  • Not looking for training in sales — you're ready to hit the ground running; we will train you on our processes, best practices, policies and procedures.
  • Sales-trained and able to contribute ideas, not just follow a script.
    Requirements
  • Laptop or desktop.
  • Phone and high-speed WiFi (no MiFi or hotspots).
  • Full-time availability.
  • Self-starter mindset — if you need basic sales training, this isn’t your role
  • Well-spoken with a high level of intellect along with sales acumen. We service white-shoe law firms in major cities and you must be able to effectively write and speak impeccably.
