Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Turkish Speaking

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels such as email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Set and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve engagement and conversions
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer insights for informed decision-making
Manage the creation and delivery of compelling content across various digital platforms to engage with different target audiences
Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic
Collaborate with internal teams, such as content creators, designers, and sales teams, to create cohesive and effective campaigns
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, provide guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and changes in digital technology to keep the brand at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

University Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing and Communications, or any other related field
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial services, fintech or gaming will be considered an advantage.
Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads and email marketing platforms
Very good knowledge of Turkish and English
High attention to detail
Highly organized, able to adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
